Product characteristics
Ethylene acrylic acid copolymer dispersion (EAA dispersion) has good adhesion to some polar materials such as metal and glass, also has good adhesion to PE, polyurethane and nylon. It is widely used in the field of water-based Hot-melt adhesives.
It shows excellent water resistance, adhesion, flexibility, and optical purity on film formation ,with thermoplastic properties and extremely high adhesion, as well as excellent barrier properties and resistance to water and chemicals.
Provide excellent adhesion to metal and cellulose substrates, and enhance the water, grease, and solvent resistance of coatings and adhesives. It can be used as a bonding coating or primer for extrusion coatings, foil laminates, special paper coatings, paper sizing agents, heat sealing coatings, non-woven adhesives, and also as a heat activated adhesive in heat transfer anti adhesive coatings.
Easy to process, the ideal bonding strength can be achieved with the temperature above 120 ℃ and a certain amount of pressure.

Product Application
It can bond with flexible packaging substrates, including aluminum foil, paper, low-density polyethylene and nylon. Provide excellent adhesion to PE, EPDM, polyurethane, and nylon, improving the internal bonding ability, tensile strength, and folding endurance of the entire system.
Applied in traditional coatings, it can provide a clear, grease and solvent resistant intermediate layer between the substrate layers, with rust resistance to metals.
As a binder for water-based inks, it can improve gloss and absorption, with excellent washability, and pigment usability, also can be used for heat transfer printing.
It shows good adhesion coated on PET or BOPP film, the viscosity and thermal stability keep good under long-term high temperature, and can replace the current fluorine-containing oil-proof agent, PE coated film and wax oil repellent.
